BIO

Currently employed as the President of The Ally Group with two other Diversity Trainers / Associates (Gary Conner and R. Derrick Thomas). 

Brian is on the Faculty at The University of Phoenix teaching Cultural Diversity Courses.

Brian has had over 15 years of residence life experience at Central Michigan University, The University of Northern Iowa, Drake University, South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, Stony Brook University, The University of Connecticut, The University of Maryland, The University at Buffalo, and Waldorf College. He also has extensive experience in the private college apartment industry (Capstone and Campus Crest).

Brian received his B.S. in Earth Science and Geology from Central Michigan University, and his M.A. in Post Secondary Education: Student Affairs from The University of Northern Iowa. He is currently working on his dissertation for his PhD in Higher Education with Capella University. 

Brian has created many professional residence life Websites at The University of Northern Iowa, Drake University, South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, Stony Brook University, and The University of Connecticut.  He also created http://www.residencehalldirector.com which is now hosted at: http://www.reslifepro.com, a premiere Website for College and University residence hall directors.  Brian's latest project is http://www.safezoneforall.com which is the very first international all inclusive ally safe zone program.

Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Brian's two greatest passions in life are Diversity Education and Training, and Technology.
